Create a meeting in Outlook

  1. Go to your Calendar in Outlook
  2. Click on the New Teams Meeting button
  3. Include the conference room in the Location box
    • this will make the meeting appear on the touch panel of the conference room you select, as well as reserve the room for you meeting
  4. Complete the meeting invite as you would for any other meeting
