Activate Duo Mobile on a New Device

Your new device must have the same phone number as your previous device. If it does not, use the directions here.

Step 1

Go to https://sso.tamus.edu in your web browser

Click on the AgriLife agency logon button

Step 2

Login using your firstname.lastname and your current AgNet password

Step 3

Click on Other options

Step 4

Click on Manage devices

Step 5

Complete the process to verify your identity using your preferred method

Step 6

After verifying your identity, you can see all of your active devices in the device management portal.

Click on Add a device

Step 7

Select one of the verification options and complete the process for that option

Process Complete

Once you have completed the verification process for your device, it will be listed in your registered devices.
