TeamViewer enables one of our FirstCall Help Desk representatives to connect directly to your computer. By logging into our secure system, direct access is established to your computer system and we are able to solve your computer related issues more quickly.

Windows Internet Explorer: Click on the icon above to download. Select “Run” when prompted on your system. Provide the ID number to your FirstCall support technician when Teamviewer has started. Firefox: Right-Click on icon above and choose “Save Link/Target As”. Save to your Desktop. Locate the TeamViewerQS.exe file and double-click Provide the ID number to your FirstCall support technician when Teamviewer has started.

Apple/Mac Safari: Click on the icon above to download…. Double-click the TeamViewerQS file in Downloads folder. Provide the ID number to your FirstCall support technician when TeamViewer has started. Firefox: CTRL+Click (or Right-Click) on the icon above and choose “Save Link/Target As..” Save to your Desktop and double-click on the TeamViewerQS ZIP file. Locate the TeamViewerQS icon and double-click. Provide the ID number to your FirstCall support technician when TeamViewer has started.
