About the Console
A touchscreen console can be found in every AgriLife conference room. This console is the heart of every meeting.
There are a few things you can do on every console:
- Join a scheduled meeting
- Start a new meeting
- Make a phone call
- Project your laptop
- See on-screen instructions on how to add a room to a meeting invite
- Give feedback
- Change meeting settings
- manage your camera and mic
- share content
- add participants
- end the meeting
