Add a Shared Mailbox in Outlook

You must have been granted access to a shared mailbox before you can add it to your Outlook.
Shared Mailbox requests are submitted through AgriLife People.

Step 1

Click File

Step 2

Click on the Account Settings square, then on Account Settings…

Step 3

Click on your email address to highlight it

Then Click Change

Step 4

Click on More Settings

Step 5

Click the Advanced tab

Click on Add

Step 6

Type in the full address of the shared mailbox

Click OK

Step 7

Click OK or Apply

Your shared mailbox will now be listed in the left column at the bottom.
